Full-stack ERP digitizing operations for a 2,200+ unit rubber plantation estate — yield tracking, HR payroll, and financial reporting.
As Lead Full-Stack Developer from 2021 to 2025, I built a full-stack enterprise resource planning system using Next.js, Java Spring Boot, and PostgreSQL to manage 2,200+ units. This included relational schema design for yield tracking, HR payroll, and real-time financial reporting. The system increased the efficiency of latex-collection recording and employee loan/advance payment tracking by roughly 30%.
